4. AI processing

Conversational responses are generated by AI language models. We send your form configuration and visitor messages to our AI provider to generate contextual replies. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for the lifetime of your account unless you delete it. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Use the Settings page to manage your account or contact us at any time. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your forms, leads, and billing data.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processors — we never store card details.
